Action Profile Integrated Movement Certification Programme​

Stage 1: Action Profile Observer​

Suitable for all those who would like to incorporate an understanding of Integrated Movement and Action Profiling into existing activities and areas of expertise.

  • Develop the ability to recognise the 16 movement qualities and understand their meaning.
  • Develop the ability to identify Integrated Movements.

Assessment for Stage 1:

  • Analyse 3 videos and recognise a minimum of 70% of the integrated movements for each video.
  • Analyse 5 Integrated Movement clips and recognise the main movement qualities in each of the clips.

Stage 2: Action Profile Movement Analyst​

  • Develop professional movement analysis skills.
  • Participants learn to interpret movement patterns across full behavioural sequences.
  • Begin to understand Interaction within the Decision Making Process.
  • Gain an understanding of how to complete an Action Profile Observation Sheet and interpret the written analysis of the profile.

Assessment for Stage 2:

  • Analyse 3 videos and recognise a minimum of 80% of the integrated movements for each video.
  • Analyse each Integrated Movement and achieve accuracy of +/- 5% of the integrated movements.

Stage 3: Certified Action Profile Specialist​

Professional certification level.

  • Participants learn to carry out a complete Action Profile analysis.
  • Participants learn to conduct client interviews, create an Action Profile and deliver feedback to the client.

Assessment for Stage 3:

  • Interview 5 people and create a video of each.
  • Analyse the 5 videos in order to recognise and count the movement qualities in each Integrated Movement.
  • Achieve scores with accuracy of +/- 3% for each integrated movement.
  • Give feedback on their Action Profiles to the 5 clients.

Graduates are qualified to conduct professional Action Profile Analyses.
